Steve Harris

SteveHARRIS is the Chief Executive Officer, EdgeEcution.

He is a Management Consultant with experience spanning 10 years , a UN/YFP Young Ambassador for Peace & is regarded as a trusted authority in the fields of Life Coaching & Business Strategy.

SteveHARRIS has designed, managed and facilitated several customer service and personal mastery training programmes, management and leadership retreats for several organizations.

Today, SteveHARRIS is fast becoming a “household” name in several organizations, including ORACLE, Guaranty Trust Bank, Union Bank, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, Skye Bank, Nokia, Diamond Bank, StanbicIBTC Pensions, Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigeria LNG etc. just to name a few, where he has managed streams of Customer Service Management, Leadership, Passion Infusion and Workforce Activation training programmes and retreats.

In 2007, SteveHARRIS managed and led a highly successful Culture Transformation project for the Management and over 600 staff of West African Portland Cement (WAPCO). In that same year, he co-led and championed a 4 month Culture Transformation project for BankPHB plc.

In 2010, SteveHARRIS co – led a Culture Transformation project for the Management of Ashaka Cement (AshakaCem) during which he was also given the sole responsibility of preparing the Organization Diagnostic Report for the Executive Management of Ashaka Cement. In December 2010, he co – led a one day highly successful Team Building retreat for the Management and over 500 staff of MultiChoice Nigeria.

He is also sought after by many organizations as a turn-around expert, Life Strategist and inspirational corporate activator that has added incredible value to not only the effectiveness and corporate productivity of his clients, but also to their organization’s bottom line.

In November 2010, SteveHARRIS was profiled and honoured as one of 36 “Naija Diamonds” a program collaboration between Inspire Africa and Diamond Bank plc.; that profiled selfless, ordinary Nigerians doing extraordinary things whom, through their lives, value systems and actions embody the spirit of the “New Nigeria” and have become role models worthy of emulation.

In July 2011, SteveHARRIS was recognised by the United Nations / YFP as a Young Ambassador For Peace due to his increased impact, inspiration and selfless service to the Nigerian youth.

Immaculate Steve Harris

Immaculate is the Chief Operations Officer, EdgeEcution.

With over 13 years experience in disciplines such as Human Resources & Administration, spanning industries such as Oil & Gas and Consulting, Immai is an invaluable asset to the EdgeEcution team.

She is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and is also a Certified Process Management expert

She's the Boss Lady that keeps us on our toes.


Jimi Tewe

Jimi is a Human Resource Professional with experience spanning HR Consulting and Generalist, HR responsibilities in Banking  & Management Consulting with competencies developed in HR Strategy Interpretation & Implementation, Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Job Competency profiling, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Manning Analysis & Leadership Training.

Jimi has worked at Senior Management levels in the banking industry specifically in United Bank for Africa & Bank PHB (now KeyStone Bank). At various times, he functioned as Head of Recruitment, Head of Performance Management and Head of Organizational Development in the banking industry. He is a certified Job Evaluator with the Hay Group of South Africa and has attended and attended several training programs covering business management etc. He also has extensive consulting experience having worked with Accenture & Restral Consulting at various times.

He has facilitated various training programs for several organizations including UBA, BankPHB (now KeyStone Bank), Access Bank, Mainstreet Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Insourcing Limited, etc. Jimi also has excellent communication and facilitation skills and has handled several strategy sessions and company retreats for staff at all levels


Rotimi Eyitayo

Rotimi Eyitayo is a strategist with outstanding ideas in peak performance, workforce activation and process improvement/management. He has distinguished himself as a passionate catalyst for change, with a rare combination of talent, experience and research.

He has facilitated several retreats and strategic sessions for organizations within and outside Nigeria.

Rotimi Eyitayo is also known for his expertise in Content, Strategy and growth.


Stephanie Kadiri

A certified Life Coach, Human Resource Management and Emotional Intelligence Professional, Stephanie is driven to instruct, influence, inspire and empower individuals and institutions to WIN. Holding a Master’s degree in the French Language with over 13 years of work experience with demonstrated proficiency in Recruitment & Onboarding, Training, People Management & Engagement, Policy Design & Development, Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Management and Coaching, executed in job roles across Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana, she understands and proficiently integrates global complexities with peculiar local realities.

Stephanie skilfully engages her multifaceted proficiencies to train and stimulate persons and corporates to find, develop and engage their strengths, subdue their weaknesses and exploit their opportunities. An ardent believer that good organisations make better societies, she helps organisations optimise their human capital for improved engagement and higher productivity while helping prospecting individuals to build competences that guarantees their sustainable value to themselves and their societies.

Steph is a Member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.


Don Azubike Onyegbu

Don Azubike Onyegbu is a workplace performance strategist, corporate training consultant and speaker. Don is passionate about the human side of building great enterprises. Don has facilitated training with a lot of cross-cultural teams both within and outside the nation of Nigeria. He has facilitated trainings for both indigenous and multinational companies including Total Nigeria, Zenith Bank, Century Energy group, TNT/IAS and Gami consult, Glo Nigeria, StanbicIBTC pensions, Diamond Bank to mention a few.. 

Don has been involved in designing, deploying and monitoring over 12 new team bonding activities and strategies to both indigenous and multinational companies including Ericsson LM, Total Nigeria, Skye Bank, Wema Bank and Lawbreed Limited.


In Dec. 2010, Don co-led a one day highly successful Team Building retreat for the Management and over 500 staff of Multi-choice Nigeria.

Don is the Vice-president Education of the Lighthouse toastmasters (an international public speaking club)based in Lagos.

Ihotu Eritosin-Gregory is an Enterprise Educator with her niche as Organisational Design/Development, Human Capital Interventions, Learning & Development, Strategy and StartUp Incubation.
