The Business Structure Course

The BSC is an online course that helps you understand organizational structure and procedures. We demonstrate how to structure your business using real-world examples from everyday life. It comprises of 4 modules, each of which has a list of "to-dos" to put what you learned into practice.

Module 1: Business Structure 101:  This module will teach you when to begin structuring your business, what structure actually entails, the various types of business structures, and the significance of creating the ideal business structure.

Module 2: Business Systems: This lesson will teach you about business processes and systems, how to develop efficient business systems, what business systems are, and how to base your business system on four essential business functions.

Module 3: Writing your Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual:

You'll learn how to write your own Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with my assistance, using the DIY SOP manual as a guide.

Module 4: Quality Control:

You will discover the value of quality control in this subject, along with methods for enhancing it in your company.

The Executive Business Structure Course

The Executive Business Structure Course (EBSC) is a hand-holding version of the Business Structure Course. You'll receive The BSC's four modules, but I'll be there to help you through each one. We'll meet virtually after each module to work on your combined to-do lists

The D.I.Y SOP

The DIY Standard Operations Manual was developed to assist busy business owners who didn't want to invest a lot of time and money in engaging a specialist to write their SOP. The DIY SOP deconstructs each component so that you can make your own by simply providing answers.

It is incredibly economical, simple to read, and simple to grasp.

Your SOP will be ready after you fill it out and print it.
